Jose Magdaong grew up in Scarborough, Toronto where he played college basketball at Centennial College and later moved to Alberta in 2014 after visiting and learning about the fun lifestyle Alberta has to offer. Jose enjoys working with people of all ages and ability from the serious athlete to the weekend warrior to anyone who just wants to be fit to live and have better mobility.

Elizabeth Williams is a Licensed Acupuncturist, graduating with Honours in March 2020. She is also a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, with a diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Darrek is a graduate of the University of Alberta. He completed his Bachelor of Physical Education with a focus on rehabilitation and sports performance.

Udit Gaur, is a Resident Physiotherapist licensed in the province of Alberta. Udit graduated from Shenandoah University, Virginia U.S.A. with Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T). He started his dream of becoming a physical therapist by completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Govind Singh University, New Delhi, after which he pursued M.S. in Applied Physiology from State University of New York at Buffalo.
